How promotion works. A new strategy enters at status backtested. After 30 days of live paper-walk with positive risk-adjusted return, it earns live paper. After 90 more days at the same bar, plus a passing decisions-latency and consistency audit, the council fast-tracks it to vault — real capital, 2/20 fee split with the author.
